Follow the instructions below if you run into an plugin exception or server crash caused by CraftAdmin.


Important: Always include your Email address which you use to sign in to CraftAdmin so we can investigate your problem in our connection logs.

  1. Go into the /logs folder of your server and open the file latest.log
  2. Send a short description of your problem to support@craftadmin.net and attach the latest.log file.
